Bath Office Park was a new and innovative concept for the commercial sector of Bath. It provided an alternative for the traditional occupier of the city centre. The park was masterplanned as a mixed use development with small to medium sized self contained offices available on a freehold or leasehold basis which enable various occupiers to relocate or set up their businesses in a rural location.
